Royal Imaging started in 1979 as a wholesale distributor of consumable office products for such companies as 3M, BIC, and Papermate.

Our product mix shifted about 10 years ago when OEM copier supplies became available to wholesalers through secondary distribution channels. In 2000, we made a move toward imaging supplies, and expanded our product line to well over 1000 SKU’s.

We are now located in a 25,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse facility in San Fernando Valley, CA and carrying a full line of OEM, Compatible, Remanufactured for all copiers, fax, laser printers and inkjets.

Customer service is what sets us apart from the rest. Each and everyone in our customer service department are fully trained to handle all customer service related issues. We provide you with everything you need to know. We give that personal service that has been missing in this industry. You will always get a live person when you call, you will never get a voicemail. We focus on your orders from the time we receive them until it gets delivered to you or your customer’.

Aside from great customer service, we have competitively priced products thanks to our excellent purchasing department who have about 50 years of combined experienced. They have the capability to buy from the best sources at the lowest cost.

Our goal for the year is to expand nationwide. We have made it through the market changes, evolving as the industry transformed. We will continue to adapt as consumer needs and imaging supplies change.
