			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 2, 2012 – <a href="http://www.gisx.com/">Global Imaging Systems</a> (GIS), A <a href="http://www.xerox.com/">Xerox</a> Company (NYSE: XRX), has appointed <a href="http://www.gisx.com/Contacts/BioDisplay.asp?p1=2887">Tom Salierno</a> as chief executive officer.</p>
<p>Salierno, succeeds <a href="http://www.gisx.com/Contacts/BioDisplay.asp?p1=1780">Michael Shea</a>, 64, CEO of GIS since 2005.  Shea has been named executive chairman of the company and will help lead the management transition.</p>
<p>Prior to the CEO appointment, Salierno, 57, was executive vice president of Corporate Operations for GIS.  He joined the company in 2008 to lead the company’s distribution expansion through the acquisitions of local office technology dealers across the U.S.</p>
<p>Before joining Global Imaging, which was acquired by Xerox in 2007, Salierno worked in the document technology industry for more than 30 years.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Rosemont, IL— (February 2, 2012)</strong>: Following the January announcement that TriMega joined forces with INTEC &#8211; a leading buying group of technology resellers, TriMega announced today that Brian Stevenson has joined the organization as Director of Managed Print Services (MPS) to develop a leading edge MPS program for group members. Stevenson, the former President of LaserNetworks, a leading MPS provider which was recently acquired by Xerox, has spent the past ten years building successful MPS programs. During his time at LaserNetworks, he more than doubled the business to become one of the largest independent MPS providers in North America. He has developed a variety of MPS programs in partnership with HP, Lexmark, Xerox, Samsung, Canon and various software providers.</p>

<p>The fleet of  printers, multifunctionals, and printing devices of any kind directly managed by Pulsar Technologies has grown to more than 5.400 units at the end of 2011. It compares with less than 5.000 devices at  the beginning of the same year, showing the wide acceptance in the market of the MPS and monitoring solutions that Pulsar has developed.</p>
