Fuji Xerox Drives Channel Empowerment
At the first Asia Pacific MPS Conference to take place in Sydney, Australia, Fuji Xerox made several announcements impacting their channel.
Thomas Dijohn, general manager of Strategic Projects Asia Pacific & China for Fuji Xerox discusses the launch of its Certified Alliance Partner Program, with Signature Software becoming the first platform partner. Developed as a response to demands from channel providers to integrate existing management and business process software, Fuji Xerox hopes to create a community of managed service technology partners. The ultimate goal is to create collaboration that leads to the development of end-to-end managed services platforms.
In the second announcement, Fuji Xerox launched the Streamline MPS training program for channel partners. The program is designed to create a more efficient MPS sales cycle and will be unveiled first in Australia in early 2012. A key aspect of Streamline is the inclusion of NewField IT’s Asset DB software suite. The integration of Asset DB will allow FXPC partners to shorten the sales cycle and focus on creating lasting customer relationships.
