OfficeWare Acquires Print Manage Inc. in Louisville
Purchase Continues OfficeWare’s Growth Throughout The Region
LOUISVILLE, KY –September 3, 2010 — OfficeWare, an award-winning provider of document management and print solutions, announces it is continuing its growth and expansion with the acquisition of Print Manage Inc. in Louisville. Print Manage provides Managed Print Services to businesses and organizations throughout a four state region including Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee.
The company will retain the Print Manage name as a division of OfficeWare and a transition team will be retained to study best practices between the two organizations. Lisa Tyler, Owner and President of Print Manage, will continue to work with the firm in an executive capacity as Vice-President of Managed Print Services.
Print Manage has served the Kentuckiana area for some 20 years. The company maintains offices in Louisville and Lexington and generates approximately $4 million in annual revenue. The firm has 18 employees; most will be offered positions under the new structure with OfficeWare.
